How To Order

STEP 1: CREATION OF ORDER

a. Fill in the ordering form

(i) please include below details in 'Item order details'

- code of item e.g. HB01-PJ

- size e.g. 2y

- quantity e.g. 2 pieces

b. Submit the ordering form

STEP 2: CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

a. Balqis's Apparels will reply to your email (within 24 hours) to confirm your order along with the following details:

(i) Total charges (items + courier charges). Delivery charge will varies as it will depends on the item's weight & courier company.

b. You are required to proceed with full payment the soonest, once received our email reply.

* Please include balqisapparel@yahoo.com in the recipient email address in the online banking website.

* Should we do not received any payment within certain time period, your order will be considered as void.

c. Please provide the online transaction details in your email's reply to us.

(i) Reference no.

(ii) Amount

STEP 3: DELIVERY

a. Once we have received your email, we will proceeed with the delivery arrangements within 3 to 7 calendar days depending on the courier company that we have chosen.

b. We will provide you with the order tracking number for your reference.

c. From time to time, you may check your delivery status at:

(i) Via POS MALAYSIA BHD - www.pos.com.my/pos/homepage/homepg_track.aspx

(ii) Via NATIONWIDE EXPRESS - www.nationwide2u.com/v2/care_track.cfm
